Trip to Hainan, 2003
Diary entry, MattiKinnunen , 31.12.2003 - 5.1.2004 Paska reissu, mutta tulipan tehtyä or Shitty trip, but I did it Everything went well until I in my incredible stupidity tasted some chicken food in plane (by South China). It was poisoned or stale and tasted bad. For some reason I even swallowed. Too bad. After 7 hours I was iller than I have ever been in my life. Anyway, we had some time before the sickness to check the surroundings of our hotel (South China Hotel, Sanya, Hainan). It is right on the beach and since we had a super deluxe room with seaview in the top floor, we were also able to enjoy it quite much, even from the hotel room. The water is warm and the evening (New Year´s Eve!) was nice. There was some lame BBQ in the garden but we had some local BBQ in the nearby busstation. I have never tasted so good grilled squids!
