Brain health, life and work

How to maintain healthy brain at work and otherwise:

1. Saying "no" when there is already enough to do.
2. Cycling, walking, and gym at least 2 hours a day on weekly average.
3. Not sitting down during meetings as thinking is also physical, and staring at each others faces while tied to a chair is really not to way to make brains work.
4. Trying to avoid teams meetings if there is an opportunity for a face-to-face meeting.
5. Keeping my reading and writing skill top-notch, as the better I am, the less time I spend on them, and the smaller stress when I have to write something.
6. Not working at home. In a similar manner as bed rooms are for sleeping, home is for personal life, not work.
7. Visiting clubs, performances, museums, art galleries, etc, as art refreshes brains.
8. Spending time with friends, meeting and having fun with people. Loneliness in bad for brains.
9. Not drinking too much coffee.
10. Going to sleep when tired and waking up when sleep is over, not when the alarm rings.

Good rules except one missing:
11. Always spat on and avoid commercial hectic and addicting "members-only" proprietary social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogspot, etc. Instead operate in free platforms such as Mastodon/Fediverse or mailing lists. Or just write paper letters.
