Some locals are out cycling already at 9am. We are having our no coffee on our balcony in nesso lombardy italy. Soon we go riding as well.

Before cycling I like to go hiking up and down a mountain. Wakes me up.

After a 30-minute hike along a mountainside one may have coffee at the bar cooperativa downstairs the nesso cityhall.

@sirikonen climbed up to Colma Sormano. Rather steep climb with many kilometers of 10%+ and no downhill for resting.

Voimareeni: Sirkun perässä 15km ja 900m ylös vuorta 1,5 tunnissa isolla vaihteella ja 30-40rpm kadenssilla ja alle 130 keskisykkeellä (noin 14bpm alle aerobisen kynnyksen). Noin 3000 toistoa per jalka. Jos nyt ei voima kasva, niin ei sitten millään.

Tämmöistä harkkaa ei kyllä salilla pysty tekemään. Eikä ilman Sirkkua.

Third week of my holiday and despite the rainy weather and thunderstorms, I managed to exercise 3 hours every day on average. Very happy about that.
